Service Pledge

1.        All orders will be handled with care and will be shipped to you in a timely manner. You will receive an email stating your order has been sent.

2.       Photos and item descriptions are as detailed as possible to help you, the consumer, in choosing your pieces. I want you to enjoy your jewelry when you receive it!

3.       I stand by my pieces and have taken great pride in creating them. I have nothing to hide about them, so if you have a question about a piece you are considering purchasing, please email me your question(s) and I will be happy to help.

4.       If there is a problem when you receive your order, please contact me ASAP so we can resolve the issue (ie; you want to exchange for another piece, or you do not want the item you have purchased at all).

5.       If you do not receive your item at all after receiving your email of mailing (ie; it was lost in the mail), contact me ASAP so I can file a report with the USPS and you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to pick a replacement item (you will be charged or deducted if choosing a different priced item).

Shipping and Handling

There is a Flat Rate for shipping and handling of $6.00. All items are mailed USPS Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation. There is no purchase limit, you can purchase as many items as you like and have them mailed all for the one price!

Return Policy

1.        If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, for item refund only. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received your purchase and it has been damaged in the mail, please return it and you will receive a FULL REFUND (item, S&H both ways). Items are not returnable after 30 days.

2.       Returned items must be in its original unused condition with your original invoice/packing slip. Item(s) is/are to be mailed either UPS with tracking number and insurance or USPS Priority Shipping (Delivery Confirmation is included). You must include insurance of $50.00, or to matching price paid for multiple items. Please send email to:  info@irenesjewelryoriginals.com for mailing address. 

Payment

All payment transactions are handled by Pay Pal. Pay Pal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Bank accounts. I do not handle your credit card information; I will never see your credit card number!

TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER, AFTER YOUR PAY PAL PAYMENT, ON THE CONFIRMATION PAGE ("THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT") YOU MUST CLICK ON THE ORANGE BUTTON “RETURN TO IRENE’S JEWELRY ORIGINALS” OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE COMPLETE (Your Pay Pal payment would go through, but I will be unable to see what you have ordered).
